A fair review, pros and cons
The staff were friendly! Convenience reigns supreme with proximity to transport and essential services.
Unbearable noise made sleep a challenge. The bathroom conditions desperately needed maintenance and attention.

In relation to the excellent price paid, it was wonderful place to stay with very good service. The location was exceptionally nice, staff were efficient. There were a shopping mall and a local market around the hotel. Truly enjoyed every minute of being there, recommend👍
Views appeared to be really bad.

It was just a strong match for a day tour in Dubai with good value considering the price charged. I really appreciated the night service when staff quickly delivered extra towels after I called. Make sure to check parking options before arrival since the streets can get crowded.

I liked the helpful attitude of the staff. Also I liked the room, it was spacious, the bathroom clean and well equipped.
Minor such as the loose TV aerial making reception bad.

Stayed in a Beautiful Room and appreciated the beautiful furnishings and cozy seating area. The tv added a nice touch. The 24-hour room service was convenient. Enjoyed a tasty meal delivered quickly. The cleanliness of the room could use some improvement, especially the bedsheets that were not fresh. Noticed some bugs on the bathroom floor, disappointing. I could see why some people would choose to cancel their reservations based on that. This hotel has potential, but attention to cleanliness and noise management would greatly enhance the experience.

The overall experience was marred by persistent noise from club music that went on until the early hours of the morning was great. There's no onsite parking available, and street parking can be a hassle, which isn't what you'd expect from a place touting itself as a four-star hotel. The cleanliness also left something to be desired-bedsheets were not fresh and bugs were spotted in the bathroom. Plus, the food served, like the cold pastries at breakfast, could really use a serious upgrade to keep guests happy.

I enjoyed staying at Lotus Boutique Hotel. I was actually supposed to stay there for only 15 nights but seeing the service and the warmth provided by the excellent hotel staff I extended my stay for 2 more nights. The hotel is close to the souk which was very helpul to me.the service was very impeccable and none of the staff put a foot wrong throughout our stay. I for sure will stay at the Lotus Boutique Hotel if I ever visit dubai again and will tell my friends in auckland about my lovely experience here.
